### Our 60-Day Trial
You have 60 full days from the date your order is delivered to test your Momea cloths on your mirrors, windows, shower screens, and kitchen surfaces. If you follow our instructions (damp with warm water, wring out tightly) and are not completely thrilled with the streak-free results, we will make it right.

### How to Initiate a Return or Refund
1. Contact our support team at **support@momea.us** or call us at **+1 404 282 0535** within 60 days of receiving your delivery.
2. Please provide your Order Number (e.g., #MOM1234) and a brief description of your feedback. 
3. Our customer care team will provide return instructions and the authorized return address.

### Return Conditions
- To be eligible for a full refund under our 60-day satisfaction policy, proof of purchase is required.
- If you purchased a bundle (e.g., Buy 3 Get 3 Free or Buy 8 Get 4 Free), you may keep the opened/used testing cloth and return the remaining unused cloths in their original packaging.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

### Refunds
Once your returned items are received and inspected, we will notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed immediately to your original payment method (credit card, PayPal, Shop Pay, Apple Pay). Please allow 3–7 business days for your bank or credit card company to reflect the credit on your statement.

### Damaged or Defective Items
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If an item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong product, contact us immediately at **support@momea.us** with photo evidence so we can send a replacement free of charge.
